Production begins after the agreement is signed, payment has cleared, the intake is complete, and the approved assets and usage permissions are documented. Toby confirms the project-specific delivery date when that gate clears.
One consolidated, in-scope revision is included unless a proposal states otherwise. New source assets, a new concept or a changed goal may require a revised scope.
