What wedding venues should know about services, source assets, permissions, production, generative tools, revisions and delivery.
Do we need to organize a new shoot?
No. The service is built around photographs the venue already owns or has permission to use.
How many photographs do you need?
Most films use 5–10 photographs. A useful set usually combines a wide exterior, architectural details, a human moment and a strong atmosphere or closing image.
Who is responsible for photography permissions?
The venue must confirm that the photographer or rights holder has approved the photographs for this production and the intended final use before work begins.
What is included in the first-year pilot?
The $99 pilot, available throughout Toby’s first year of business, includes one 15–20-second vertical film created from 5–10 approved photographs, one original soundtrack, one caption and one consolidated revision.
When does production begin?
Production begins after the agreement is signed, payment has cleared, the intake is complete, and the approved photographs and usage permissions are documented. Toby confirms the project-specific delivery date when that gate clears.
How are the photographs animated?
Toby combines animation, compositing, editorial techniques and generative tools. Creative direction, sequencing, sound and final quality control are handled by the studio.
Will the result change the architecture?
The aim is to preserve the venue’s recognizable character. Movement is directed conservatively, but any image-animation process can introduce visual interpretation. The preview and revision stage are used to correct anything that feels inaccurate.
Can we request revisions?
One consolidated revision is included in the first-year pilot. A new concept, different source set or changed campaign goal may require a revised scope.
Will Toby publish our film?
Only with the venue’s approval. The first-year pilot asks for permission to feature the approved project as a case study, but Toby will not present private preview work as commissioned or publish it without consent.
Are the portfolio venues real clients?
No. The Marlowe House, Lunelle House and Solis Ridge are clearly labeled fictional, independent concept studies. They demonstrate the production approach and are not commissioned client work.
Where does Toby work?
Toby is a remote creative studio and can work with wedding venues internationally when suitable approved digital assets are available.
